It’s not your typical surface sealant—it’s a deep penetrating permanent sealant!

Seal Southwest’s 30-year concrete sealant is not a surface sealer.  Our sealant contains a proprietary catalyst which allows the sealant to penetrate below the surface —as much as 6 inches, depending on the age of the concrete, thus dramatically slowing down the aging process.  Upon contact with “free” alkali (lime) and calcium hydroxides “in the moisture,” it reacts instantly to form a silica gel membrane on the moist surfaces of all voids immediately starting to waterproof the substrate. 

Our concrete sealant not only waterproofs and retards mold growth, it reduces the effects of chloride (salt) by 63%, dramatically slows the penetration of grease, oil and acids, hardens, and reduces wear from abrasion, increases concrete strength by 23%, and increases the bond of secondary coatings up to 300%.   The sealant is invisible, non-slippery, and environmentally safe.
